Foster Care Ministry Roles

Care Team Leader

Care team leader will serve as a liaison between the foster family and the care team coordinating and scheduling the meeting of the families needs.
The leader will keep the Ministry Care Coordinators up to date and be the primary contact for the foster family.  One Care team Leader per Foster Family. 

Care Team Member

Members will serve on a team of 3-5 people/families surrounding each foster family. They will divide responsibilities and service needs of the family in order to fully cover and serve the family. Needs may vary but primarily prayer, encouragement, babysitting, transportation, and meals. Ideally this is done on a scheduled basis coordinated through the care team leader.
