A TJC internship provides opportunities for those considering a call to ministry a chance to work up to 20 hours a week alongside staff and residents. Designed internships concentrate on an area of interest or are broad-based. Interns are encouraged to take the lead on ministry projects, provide reflections on experiences, and gain knowledge on TJC’s operating structure.

TJC’s Residency Program desires to train, equip, and send the next generation of vocational pastors to their place of calling. The residency program helps those with this calling to integrate theological education with the practice of ministry. Ultimately, this experience intends to help residents realize their strengths and passions to serve His church, be sustained in service, and be effective leaders.
