Re:Generation Roles

Mentor

Description: This individual will disciple and develop relationships with the ministry friends on Sunday nights. Mentors check-in at least once a week to make sure the person is completing their work and growing. This role focuses on disciples making disciples. 

Group Leader

Description: This person will lead life groups on Sunday nights after the time of worship at Re:Gen. This teaching role focuses on driving discussions and helping the ministry friends understand the truth and learn more about the Gospel. 

Encourager/Volunteer

Description: This person will help with the service aspects of Re:Generation. This person will help serve coffee, greet guests, and assist in other ways that will be needed. This role focuses on being a part of Re:Gen and equipping others to work in other roles of ministry.
